Quincy`s Family Steakhouse in Monroe

We went tonight with a party of 13... had issues reserving the time, had to call back multiple times... we were there literally an hour and almost 45 minutes before all entrees had been served! Took 30 minutes to even get drinks.. there were SO many errors.... not quite sure what's going on behind the scenes but, being that it wasn't even busy, SOMETHING is wrong!!

Service was wonderful & my steak was so tender & flavorful! Salad was fresh, as was the honey wheat bread. Definitely will return!

Great service, very attentive to the tables. My complaint would be the atmosphere. There is hardly any people in the restaurant and workers seem to hang out. Food is also bland and i personally asked for a medium rare and it came well done. Sent back again and it was more charred. I decided to not have that meal.

They provided great service with mask on and kept tables more then 6 feet apart during pandemic. They were very clean and cautious to ensure a safe environment for their customers. Not to mention the food was GREAT.

Tender steak served to perfection. Salad was fresh and crisp, and bread is amazing. Wait staff is professional and very accommodating. Mixed drinks are decent they weren't mixed well. Bartender may have been having a bad night.

The food and the service has always been outstanding!

Came to NC to visit, and stopped here to eat. This place was great all around. When we got here, we had to wait, but we're quickly seated. Not even 5 minutes later. Once we got to the table the waitress came over right away and took our drinks. After that, from ordering to getting our food it was very prompt service. The food was excellent. Very well done and came out just like we wanted.

The chicken was not done on one order at the table. As the appetizer, it lacked seasoning and was overcooked. The waitress was nice but not very attentive because she was so busy.

Awesome crew at this location. Food quality and cleanliness is top notch. The main bar has been reduced in size a bit to make room for a dedicated takeout handling area.

The food was very good, cooked just like we ordered it, and the service was also very good.

Ordered a sirloin rare, first one was medium well, remake was well done. My bfs ribeye was order medium rare and was medium well. When I went in to talk to a manager Erin was very helpful and resolved our problem appropriately. I do hope the kitchen staff can get some training about cooking steak correctly. I give Erin 5 stars for her service. The kitchen gets a 1 star. Disappointed and went home hungry.

I always come here for the prime rib... this is how steaks are done! Awesome meal cooked to perfection!!! Only complaint is the water here always has a dirt taste to it...I think it's the city water because a lot of establishments have the same dirty water taste to include my house, but I use a filet now and problem solved. Maybe look into better water filters???

Good food and great service. Good drinks, perfect appetizers, appropriately cooked steaks, surprisingly refreshing seasonal entrees and scrumptious desserts. Not to mention the sides and the complimentary honey wheat bread. We had Moscow mules for drinks and shared the fried shrimp Appetizer. The shrimp was soft and well cooked and the breading crunchy. The jalapeño and cherry peppers complimented the shrimp really well. My husband always gets the steak and i explore the seasonal specials. I was pretty bummed that the Hawaiian Salmon was no longer on the menu. However, the Napa grilled chicken was refreshing. The chicken breast was juicy and the artichoke hearts and tomatoes were just perfect. With all the sides and bread, we were too full to order a dessert.

The waitress was Erin and she was best ever! I loved the lady manager at this location as well. She made sure that our party was perfect. This was for my wife's birthday and Monroe LongHorn was at the top of their game. We will return again soon. Thanks LongHorn team.

The food was great, the waitress was a little different I'll say. She walked pass me several times and asked other customers was they ok. Not me but the other one did I'm glad that there was two this was at the bar. May not set at the bar if she's there

We went for my birthday dinner recently. They were able to seat our 11 person party rather quickly. The service was good as was most of the food.We don't go to this location that often. The one in Matthews is closer. I feel the need to inform others who are either new to this location or don't go often. If you do not like your steaks with a strong pepper-like spice, tell your server. If you don't, you may end up sending your steaks back like my parents had to. The rub they use on their steaks is a bit strong. Too spicy for some. To the manager's credit, he was the one who brought the remade steaks to the table and asked if my parents wanted fresh sides as well. They didn't but that is exactly how it's supposed to be done. I wish more restaurants followed suit.Overall it was a good experience. I would recommend others to go. Just remember that their steak rub may not appeal to those that don't like a spicy steak. They will accommodate you but you need to ask.

We came out tonight on a date night. Everything was perfect our food was great but our waitress was the best. We sat at the bar and she didn’t rush us to order let us enjoy a drink first. She was awesome and made our dinner ever better.

Excellent food. A little pricey but the quality of the food made up for it. The fries could use a little more seasoning though.

Placed an large order during lunch rush and everything was done right. My order was ready within 20 minutes. Nothing was messed up, food was hot and delicious. Even got help getting my food in the car. I placed 9 different orders for work. I was so impressed with the service. Will order again!

Typical Longhorn menu. Restaurant was very clean. Went for lunch. Service was very good and friendly. Good selection on lunch menu. I had a salad with sirloin. Very good. I also tried the chili. It was good and spicy. I would definitely recommend this location.

Last 4 times we ate there it was excellent but this time it was ok me and my wife think maybe a different cook this last time, but 1 out of 5 and still satisfied is not bad odds but we hope the prior chef is working, because steaks was perfect and the sides had great flavor.

Longhorn has the best steak I have ever had. The Outlaw Ribeye is absolutely mouthwatering. The service is always friendly and professional.

Service, service, service! It's what makes the experience at a restaurant or breaks it. Longhorn has outstanding service. Food was very good.

Considering the restrictions, everything was a great experience. Menu items are nearly unchanged. It was a smidgen below "normal" quality, but still a very good meal. My family was happy to have dined here.

My first visit to the Long Horn. My first impression of the waitress was that she cared about serving us. I liked that . The restaurant was clean and attractive in decor. The onion petals were served with a sauce that added to the tasty beginning of our meal. My tea glass sat empty for a time, not that being empty was problem, it was the amount of time. . Over all I really enjoyed my Mother's day meal.

Excellent server, excellent food, excellent drinks! Fried pickles are great! Their mango martinis are fantastic! I got the chopped steak (I know....boring!), as I'm not a huge 'steak' fan. It was a little more done than I like, but my husband did tell him to make sure it was dead for me. 🤣 He ordered the outlaw ribeye and said it was perfect. The couple we were having dinner with said their food was wonderful as well. And our server was awesome!

Went there to try and enjoy a nice meal. My waiter took a long time to get to the table, I ordered an appetizer about 15 mins before the main meal. I never got the appetizer until I mentioned it after my meal came, my bf never got his potato soup he ordered, and we had to wait 20 mins for the waiter to show up to give us the check, and I had to get one of his coworkers to get him so I could pay and leave. Felt like I overpaid for how bad the service was.

Every time and I mean every time that I visit Longhorn steakhouse my steak is perfect and so are my sides. I'm hooked on the Outlaw ribeye steak, last week I got the loaded baked potato and brussel sprouts and they were delicious. Thanks for your consistency

Great overall experience! Excellent sanitation and social distancing! The food was wonderful, however on a limited menu.

Had a birthday party for my niece there on 12-12-2019. The staff were great and the server was very courteous.Thank you for nbn your service.

The service was a bit slow, but the food, when it eventually arrived, was delicious.

Clean and quick during this pandemic. Still too pricey for it to be Longhorn. It wasn't that great. A double shot of grey goose was $10! Like word?!?🤦🏽‍♀️ Perhaps they're trying to make up for the money loss but it's not cool. Nonetheless food was good and waitress was pleasant. Tore up the menu after use which is good for keeping clean and not transferring any contaminants. Good look.

It was ok Honestly. I believe they need a different cook. I went to the same restaurant a week before in Aberdeen, NC, ordered the exact dish, and the food was Perfect. Which prompted me to go again the very next week in Monroe, NC. In comparison NOT EVEN CLOSE.

Amazing service from Sarah. Sat with her at the bar. My wife and I had a great time together and the food was very delicious.
